What Jalapeno is driving
Deal sales are promoted items purchased; associated sales are other items in attributed orders. Conversion is orders ÷ visits. ROAS is attributed sales ÷ click spend, excluding GST. Sales tracking requires a connected integration.
Billing & payment

Usage accumulates across all your deals. We automatically charge your saved payment method when unbilled usage reaches NZ$25.00, or at the end of the month. Pausing or stopping a deal does not create a separate invoice. Balances below NZ$0.50 including GST carry forward.
Pay existing click usage early (minimum NZ$0.50 including GST). Review the amount before confirming.
Card details are collected and stored by Stripe. Jalapeno never receives or stores your full card number or CVC.
Total spend is lifetime click usage excluding GST, including usage already paid. Payments reduce Unbilled usage above; they do not reset deal spend or its budget.
